Day of the Dead

Day of the Dead

This piece came to me kind of suddenly. It depicts a couple leaving a grave at a cemetery. The husband is saying to the grieving wife, “Let’s go home, dear.” Skeletal and angelic forms sweep outward in a sort of geometric montage of little shapes. That type of line work is something I’ve done a lot of in my work, going back to at least highschool. This piece was done using a Wacom tablet entirely.
