Princess Mononoke
In mere moments, I am leaving to go see Princess Mononoke, which is one of my all-time favorite movies. It’s playing, for some reason, at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (or BAM) Cinema. And I’m “stoked” because I never got to see it on the big screen. I guess they played Spirited Away the past two nights, but it totally slipped my mind. But, I did see that on the big screen, so I’m not too upset about it.
Anyway, right, so occult investigator job responses are still coming in off of Craigslist. Trickling in here and there. But I’ve pretty much decided that the whole reason I decided to *become* an occult investigator in the first place was for myself, so that I could figure out things, and have a fun excuse to be into the things that I’m naturally into. And that getting anybody else involved in it at this point would just complicate it all too much, and possibly risk turning it from fun into work, or some kind of weird obligation.
Basically, what I’m trying to say, is, after careful deliberation and soul-searching, I work alone. That’s right. A lone wolf. A renegade. It’s one man’s quest for the truth… a truth which could destroy him, and all he’s known and loved in the world. Hehe. I don’t know. Or something like that. Anyway, I’m gonna get my shoes on and get ready, cause it takes an ass-long time to get anywhere on the goddamn G train. That reminds me, I better bring some reading material or something, cause that is one crappy train to take home late at night. You just wait and wait sometimes. Anyway, I’m off!
