Somehow, and I have no recollection at all of how, I found this awesome site called Googlism. Basically, I guess it queries Google for whatever you type into it, and then it shows you what Google *knows* about whatever topic, often with amazingly hilarious results.

I spent hours and hours typing in different names of people i know, or things I thought would be funny. Its endlessly entertaining, and it also kind of shows you something about the type and quality of information on the internet, when its all recontextualized or some such crap. I feel like in some serious way, its a really good tool to use if you want to kind of broaden your base of how you are thinking about a topic, cause it gives you bits and pieces of things you would probably never see otherwise in your searching. It can offer some really wierd, non-linear kind of intuitive correlations.
