Well, in mere moments, Nick will be stopping by to scoop me to go to Rick’s party in Melville. A little background, Rick(y) was my next-door neighbor from 5th grade through 12th grade. I guess this is his graduation party from somewhere or something. I’m not honestly too sure what he’s graduating from, but it promises to be a blast. Pretty much all the kids I was friends with in highschool (minus the sucker-ass lame-o ones) will be there. And, hell, I haven’t seen most of them for at least a year, if not a lot longer, really. It’s going to be very bizarre, I think. I’m desperately hoping they will have hamburgers and hot dogs and other kinds of delicious grilled items such as these.
Today, I did a bit of work which hopefully will score me a few hundred bucks once its been approved (freelance web site design/maintenance crap - don’t worry, its nothing more interesting or exotic). What else, oh right, I put up a few nice new photos to my favorite author’s website, Jonathan Mitchell. He’s super cool and just a knock-down drag-out good read, if you want to check out his short stories. I also recommend checking out the NPR radio interview he did.
OK, I’m gonna go finish getting cleaned up for this party. Smell ya’ll later.
