Well golly gee! It feels like later. Just found out that I’m getting a small but useful check in the mail for some website maintenance that I did for a dude in Baltimore. Hot damn! It’s really gonna help pull me out of being broke into being a sort of normal person again who gets to eat food, and things like that. Plus, now I can successfully take Friday off, and go down to hang out in Baltimore for the weekend, without having to worry about how the money is going to stack up as a result of that. Hooray!
Today, I finally am going to pound out part 2 of my syncretism article. I figured out what I wanted to say last night, while talking to Doug, who is bizarrely and consistently able to help me focus my ideas. I came up with the analogy that syncretism is to religions/story-systems what hyperlinks & the internet are to websites. Ok ok. You’ll see.
