I hadn’t heard about this case before, but apparently the kid who runs Raisethefist.com, an anarchist/activist website out of California was arrested last year for providing web hosting for someone who posted primitive explosive-creation instructions to the site. Now he’s going to jail for a year. Just lovely. And after that, he is forbidden for three years from “associating with any person or group that seeks to change the government in any way be that environmental, social justice, political, economic, etc.” Hooray America!
