I remember signing something at my last job, where it basically said, besides your standard non-disclosure agreement and shit like that, that anything that I wrote, designed, diagrammed, drew, etc was the sole property of the company I worked for. They held the intellectual property rights to it, that is. I was just wondering if you wrote something in Hotmail, or AOL Instant Messenger, of Friendster or something, who owns what you write? I bet money that you don’t, or can be made to lose rights to it in court. I’m gonna look into that more, cause thats a HUGE deal.
