The governor of Cambodian city Phnom Penh is urging residents to eat more dog, saying: “Come on, dog meat is so delicious.” Apparently they have a huge dog infestation problem there, so they’re trying to make some positive use of them. Apparently, before this it’s been frowned upon to eat dog there, although Vietnamese and Koreans dig it.
