Words of the week



So this past week, I noticed a couple words kept popping up that I really started to like:

  • Disabuse: “To free from a falsehood or misconception”
  • Ubiquitous: “Being or seeming to be everywhere at the same time; omnipresent”

    I also learned the term today, “Rat Lines” which refers to the escape routes and support systems set up for Nazi scientists after WWII into South America and the United States, where we could use their knowledge.
