Erin: you need to study before you battle: anarchy does NOT mean “without law” it means “without rulers” wherein each individual is a sovereign entity - a country basically. While there is no “president of the world” right now, there are confederations of like-minded countries working together under international law - if you want to understand that as a model. Being an anarchist doesn’t mean you believe in chaos (necessarily) and a world without order. That’s pure baloney. I demand you do some real research about this.
