News article from Yahoo, about a study that says Sleeping Position Reveals Personality Traits. This is such old news though, cause 4 years ago, my roomate and I were in a Salvation Army in Baltimore County, and he picked up a book from the 70’s entitled “Sleep Postions” which was about the very same thing. The real clincher though is that this book has hilarious diagrams of people sleeping in different positions.

The other thing that I think is kooky about this all, is that they try to say your position is reflective of your personality. Maybe so. But I sleep in about a million different positions each night. I start out on my back to relax and drift. If I don’t fall asleep there, I’ll usually go over on my side. And by morning, I’ll be very much on my stomach. That seems to be the normal course of things. According this article, that would make me: (1) quiet & reserved, (2) social & easygoing, (3) brash & gregarious. But I guess I’m all those at different times though, so maybe they’re right. Who knows. Who knows.
