Today reminds me of one of those winter days where it has warmed up a bit after being cold and snowy, and you look outside disappointed to find the snow is melting, all that’s left is little piles of snow with dark pavement circles around them where its turned to water.
But when I look outside on my street, instead of seeing those sad little snow piles, all I see are sad little garbage piles. The effect is the same.
