I suspected the connection earlier, but I have found corroboration of the possibilty that Elaine, in Arthurian legend, was the daughter of the Grail King, aka the Fisher King - which was another inspiration for the name “Fisher Caldwell”. Also, Elaine is the name of Lancelot’s mother. Actually, there are tons of Elaines in the Arthurian myths, all kind of related in a weird way.
