This is a pretty funny story. Some British government communications center was experiencing some weird communications signals, which they at first attributed to be spy activity, or else possibly signals from alien intelligences. Instead, it turned out to be a ram on the rampapge:

“Eventually, investigators discovered that a ram was rubbing its horns against the aerial masts ‘in between servicing some local ewes,’ the paper said.”
