I really like this thing rebecca wrote about her monkey on photosynthetic molecules, where she was playing hospital with him, and gave him medicine in the form of drawing smiley faces and stars on his chest. That’s totally great, and just makes perfect sense on this one level. I’d like to use that in a book or something sometime.
