I see some people have been searching for that now defunct e-book “From Transylvania to Tunbridge Wells” and coming up with my site as one of the top results. Good for you. I have been trying to resurrect this text online as well. It’s very interesting and seems to have been yanked off the Dragon Court site a few months ago.
I did discover that the internet archive site has copies of some of the pages available. Check it out here. Unfortunately there are gaps in it though.

Also, I just came across this article about some of that Dragon-race stuff. I only perused it though, so I’m not vouching for the quality of the info. I’ll have to come back and read it myself. You may also find something useful at this page of links which I just found. And finally, there is this Dragon Society thing, which I understand to be the latest American splinter faction of the Dragon Court. They claim that they will release a new publication by De Vere, called “The Dragon Legacy” in November 2003. This date of course has already passed.
