I got an email from somebody about a cult or something that they were born into, and wondering if I knew about it. I have never heard of them before. They are called “House of Jacob”. The person gave me two links, one to an article about the cult from an “independent critical resource” and one that is a support group of ex-cult members.

According to the person who emailed me, the leader of this group was born in Mississippi on July 4, 1877, and died on May 19th, 1934, and supposedly they were named General George Washington. Anyway, it looks like this guy was in jail at some point, and they are wondering if I’d be able to figure out what he was in jail for.
