Just came across a brief article about the history of the Hollow Earth Theory. Basically, some people have speculated that there is a big hole in the North Pole, which allows access into the interior section of the Earth, which is not only hollow, but also has an interior sun, vegetation, mountains, and advanced civilizations. It’s a tremendously weird theory, which is why it’s so entertaining, I think.

Also, for just under $19,000, you can accompany this guy named Steve Currey on a 24 day expedition, named “Voyage to Our Hollow Earth“. Check out this page, and the trip itinerary is totally nuts sounding. Man, I totally want to go on this trip.
