I’m about one-eighth of the way through this thing. It’s a real beast. I don’t know if a lot of people are familiar with this sort of writing at all, but like when you get real deep into the conspiracy-writers, it’s sort of like trying to ride a bull or something. Like the real enjoyment of it comes from being able to hold on for your dear life as thing jumps and kicks and tries desperately to throw you off of it, because of how fucking crazy and jumbled it is.

And then when you’re done, it’s like, “What just happened?” You’re loaded up with all these weird new ideas, which don’t fit together logically, because they weren’t presented that way, and aren’t necessarily understood that way by the people who wrote them. But a lot of the imagery and the language are really compelling and stick with you, long after you’ve discarded the majority of it as total crap.

Yeah… anyway, this “book” is really weird, and its the sort of thing which you just can’t believe because it’s so wild and over the top. And if it were true would implicate millions of people the world over in the systematic abuse and murder of millions of others. Like I’m all for thinking about cool conspiracies and stuff, but ones like this are just so outrageous because of the sheer logistics which would be required to pull them off. I’ve never seen nor heard of any organization or group of people which were so disciplined and well-organized that this stuff could happen.

That said, there is a whole lot of interesting theory in here about multiple personality disorder (MPD) - which is now called dissociative identity disorder (DID) - that is really very interesting. I really don’t hear anybody talk about those things in this way in any psychological books which I have read. It seems nearly impossible that there is some other secret system or school of psychology which is occluded from the general public and the field of psychology in general. But at the same time, some of it seems pretty reasonable, and on a smaller scale does seem quite feasible. In particular, I’m interested in looking further into the idea of creating alters (multiple personalities) by advertising and educational systems for the purposes of consumerism and obedience.
