Reliquary arms
For some reason, I just got caught up in the image of reliquary arms, and how cool they are. And how I’d sorta like to have one. And how it would make a cool picture for a stained glass window. In case you don’t know, reliquary arms go back to the Middle Ages, to cults of different saints. They were said to contain the arm and/or hand bones of whatever saint. They were usuallly made of precious metals and jewels and often the hand would be holding its middle and index finger up in a sign of benediction (or blessing).
