After an initial bout with them, in which I lost, I am re-instating my my individual post pages, via blogger. I like that each post can now be permalinked using its own search-engine-friendly URL. This will both increase my site traffic, and help these lonely wanderers to find whatever it is they’re looking for on my journal. The reason I lost my first battle with them though was a file-size issue. Since each post becomes its own HTML file, it really beefs up the server resources required to house all your rantings. People using blogspot obviously aren’t affected, but those of us paying for our own server space and domain names have to worry about that sorta shit. Anyway, I figured that since I recently bought that extra hosting space for my site, I may as well make use of it, at least by turning these individual post pages back on, if nothing else. So, voila!
