The answer is that you get cut constantly. Mainly its just teeny little cuts and scratches, because you zigged when you should have zagged. Most of these draw no blood, and heal within a few days. A lot of them are like paper cuts, but they never hurt as bad, because glass is so very much sharper.
It’s like how they say you don’t feel it at first when you get bitten by a shark, because their teeth are so sharp.
Only it’s not really like that at all.
