Hey, so I just wanted to mention an official celebrity siting right here in the comments section of my blog, from the post about Craigslist in Pittsburgh, and how it sucks.
Anyway, the one and only Craig Newmark, the person who puts the “Craig” in craigslist, left a comment about how craigslist in Pittsburgh is fairly new, and these things take time, yadda yadd yadda. Anyway, I agree, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t suck now. But, as I said, I’m taking steps myself to post some stuff over there, and maybe get some people riled up enough to respond and start posting stuff of their own. Until then, I can only dream…

For anybody who’s been living under a rock, craigslist is an enormously popular website for all kinds of shit, rants, selling stuff, getting jobs, apartments, whatever. But it’s really so so much more than that. It’s a veritable treasure-trove of magic sunshine on the internet. In non-whacked out cities, it’s really damn popular. I mean, shit, in NYC, it was how I found both my apartment and my job, and some other things.
