Holy shit! So, this Dodgeball movie. What the fuck?

I mean, after Zoolander, I pretty much have given Ben Stiller a free pass. VIP, get-out-of-jail-free, whatever you want to call it. That movie was just so damn funny, that I’ve been of the frame of mind that I will seriously see ANY movie that he comes out with. Starsky & Hutch didn’t let me down. That movie was funny as hell.

But Dodgeball…

This… thing… was just a fiasco. I wouldn’t even advise wasting money renting it. If it came on tv on a Sunday afternoon, and you were hung-over and passed out on the couch, I would tell you to change the channel. Watch golf instead. I know, I know. Strong words. But this movie was a bomb of predictable, unfunny jokes and retarded plot twists.

I was shocked by the immensity of it all. I was shocked by the fact that, besides me and my bro, everybody else in the theatre seemed to think it was so fucking funny. They just bawled and peed themselves over every tired, unfunny, committee-written, demographically-researched joke and visual gag. I just sat there and felt the enormous yawning chasm that separates me from your average American.

Anyway, blech!
