Cheney drops the F Bomb

I saw on FOXNEWS tonight that Cheney allegedly “dropped the f-bomb” on the floor of the Senate in “the heat of the moment” sometime in the past few days. Oddly enough, he was NOT fined $500,000, as he might have been according to the new FCC regulations…

Also, can somebody please tell me when they started making news anchormen use phrases like “dropped the F bomb?”
