I just wanted to save this snippet of an email from my friend Aron, about trying to convince people that voting is bullshit. Hopefully he won’t mind my quoting:

The voting shit is always guaranteed to start a shit storm…I love
it. It’s really hard to break peoples barriers when it comes to that.
They just can’t accept their “power” is no power at all, and it only
encourages the grand opera of coercion, violence, avarice, betrayal
and theft of human freedom.

All these people registering to vote now, I wonder if they are also automatically being registered for Selective Service as well? I bet dollars to donuts they are. Won’t that be a hoot, if signing up to vote now does nothing more than automatically register you to win a compulsory all-expenses-paid trip to Iraq after the election’s decided?
