Sight to the blind
I just remembered something as random as it is interesting…
When people who have been blind their whole life gain sight, through surgical or other means, they are supposedly categorically shocked to discover perspective. Their brains cannot immediately understand why things which are farther away appear to be smaller.
Unfortunately, I forget where I read this.
