This is a pretty interesting article about some research being done for hydrogen cars, where they would somehow store the hydrogen in tiny glass microspheres, which, in an accident, would spill out, but not explode or release a dangerous amount of hydrogen. I can’t really explain all the details, but it sounds kooky!
