Randoms for Monday Night
I saw Hellboy at the dollar theatre in West Mifflin tonight. It’s rare that a movie is exactly as bad as I’m expecting in exactly all the ways I was expecting. But I still didn’t have a bad time of it.
Today didn’t feel like a Monday at all. It was just rainy and I like rainy, but it didn’t feel like a Monday. Turns out, I’m starting to forget what Mondays feel like at all. It’s been almost six months since I’ve had a real job. And even then, that job was only semi-real.
One dream I remember from last night was trying desperately to buy liquor at a Walmart just before closing. I don’t think I was successful.
Sometimes you pick just the right album to listen to at a moment. Right now, that album is Radiohead’s “OK Computer” which I haven’t listened to in forever. Hits the spot.
I’ve been writing a lot of - to me anyway - wild posts lately. I like it, even though it seems to mean a great deal much less commenting from the reading public. Oh well.
We rearranged these two rooms I live in down here, to accomodate a new couch and an expanded living-room type area. I am ALL ABOUT buying a bead curtain to separate off my new bedroom/computer-room, which used to just have my computer and a bunch of boxes in it.
The other night, Doug told me that I talked like a bibliography. It’s hilarious and he’s totally right. It goes down in history as one of the “all time best comments” anybody’s ever said about me.
