Speaking of travelling back in time, I just woke up from a dream where me and a handful of friends had somehow slipped back about fifty years in time, give or take. At first, we were trying to figure out how to get back to our own time. But then we realized what a good position we were in, since we knew roughly what would happen for the next fifty years and could anticipate it. So we ended up staying, and we found this big old house that we decided to convert into our “headquarters” and we were gonna turn it into a coffee shop or a restaurant or something.
There was one other part where I was talking to one of my friends, thinking he’d come back in time too, but he had not. And so when I said some things about the fifties, he was just like, “What the hell are you talking about?” and then I realized he was still back in his normal time-stream.
Anyway, oddly enough, this is the second dream I have had this month wherein me and a group of people travelled back about fifty years in time. I’m really not sure what that’s supposed to mean.
