Shaun of the Dead

Man, I saw that Shaun of the Dead movie yesterday. That was absolutely the best movie I’ve seen all year, far and away, no contest. I laughed, I cried. I’m gonna see it six more times. Or something along those lines. Just an all around solidly awesome movie start to finish. I don’t want to really say to much more about it, besides go out and see it.

What else, oh right… before the movie started there was this like still-frame ad/warning about how it was illegal to use camcorders to tape movies. And get this, according to that thing, they said movie theatre staff used “night vision equipment” to catch people who were videotaping movies. Preposterous. I would fucking laugh my ass off if I caught some teenaged movie theatre egghead sneaking around in the dark with fucking spy goggles on.
