Yesterday, when A-Rod slapped that ball out of that other dude’s hand, I felt like I was watching Bush’s entire presidency encapsulated in a single moment. And what sweet satisfaction it was when he was called out. And after watching that Red Sox victory tonight, I now feel like, maybe Kerry really does have a chance. Maybe everything’s not lost… If Kerry is smart, he’ll have video footage released of him watching that game in excited anticipation. Then, he should have a photo where his hands are up in the air cheering, and it says underneath, “Kerry Cheers Boston Victory!”. And just plaster that shit all over. I shouldn’t be able to scratch my butt without finding a copy of it. And then, tomorrow, he should fly out and have a very public meeting with the Sox. Gotta ride them coat tails…
