A while ago I posted about one of the more outrageous characters operating in the paranormal who I’ve come across, Leopold Jean, aka “Prince Leopold”. Apparently, one of his children, 47 years old, found my post about him and is interested in talking with me about how kooky their dad is. I’m hoping I can cook up some interview questions for them about him and his work, and the experience of growing up with a fellow like that for a father. Must be totally and utterly amazing to have a father who claims to do battle with extra-dimensional aliens on a regular basis.

Oh wait a second, not only that, but he also apparently claims to be the exiled Prince of Belgium, son of King Albert I of Belgium. His family-member who wrote me mentioned something about Leopold’s parents actually being buried in Ontario though. I didn’t know what they were referring to, but this is probably it. Leopold himself has a much more exciting tale though, which includes not only exile, but many attempted murders and imprisonments against his person. And he does look very vaguely similar (or not) to King Albert I, and Leopold III (his supposed brother). Wow, this is even more astounding than I originally thought. I can’t wait to find out more.
