Leading cause of death for pregnant women

I find this statistic to be absolutely shocking, that the leading cause of death for pregnant women is … MURDER! I guess this came into the spotlight lately with that whole Scott Peterson thing. Anyway, it totally just blows my mind. Also, according to this article, homicide is the second-leading cause of death for women aged 20-24, whether they are pregnant or not. Which is CRAZY as shit. Number one is accidents. I’m not sure how far behind it lags numerically, but its still something else.
