This happens to me all the time. I’m not sure why. I’ll spend some time reading about something or talking to someone about a particular topic. And then shortly thereafter, I will be browsing through my referral logs of the search terms that people use to get to my site, and I find overt references to whatever the topic at hand was. An example from tonight: I watched that 2004 King Arthur movie with my brother earlier tonight. We rented it from the video store. Then I come back in here, sit down for a little time at my computer, I go through my logs, and there is a search for “Lancelot & Guinevere.”

It’s nothing major, I guess. But it happens constantly, so its especially interesting. I wonder if it has to do with energy somehow. Like I spend so much time going out there and finding information, and then transforming it into this site. I wonder if when you are moving according to the right patterns, when you are doing what you’re supposed to be doing, that what you’re looking for starts finding you.

I tend to think that’s true, and find small evidences of it every day. And that’s what important, is recognizing the small things. To write off small things as coincidence is to discredit them on some level. To say that they aren’t important or don’t have any bearing on the larger things. And what that sets you up to do, I think, is blinds you to the big things when they do come by. Because the big things are made of millions of smaller units, bits and traces of evidence which coalesce into flesh and blood. Things happen in stages, little tiny steps. These small synchronicities, for me, are a sign that I’m on the right track.
