She says, “Everyone laughs when I say I’m looking into bricklaying. But I decided if an apocalypse ever comes I’d like to be a skilled labourer and not be left behind at a campfire making gruel.

“My friend’s looking for a job and we discovered you can get £15 to £30 an hour for bricklaying.

“I’ve found the courses and the moment I have some spare time I want to do it. I’m sure I can find a positive experience in laying bricks.”

If it’s a joke, then it’s more true than funny. If it’s not a joke, that’s even more awesome. Who knew that behind such a pretty face lurked a dark mind preparing for the collapse of civilization? That totally ups her “hot-factor.”
