Recently, I wondered aloud how long it would be before Gnosticism really broke into the mainstream. I’m guessing that it will be through film that it will especially take off. Unfortunately, the upcoming Da Vinci Code movie is sure to pollute the stream a good bit, but this inevitable. Anyway, I just noticed that Jennifer Emick of About.com’s Alternative Religion section has put together a short section on gnostically themed movies that are already out, walking among us.

In addition to that, Enemies.com has long had an excellent list of gnostic movies in a variety of genres. Highly worth checking out.
