Yahoo has started a search which allows you to find content licensed through Creative Commons. It features options which you can toggle in your search, such as:
- - Find content I can use for commercial purposes.
- Find content I can modify, adapt, or build upon.
As for the second one, that’s personally how I view all content available publicaly in any form. But that’s just me. It’s nice to see that alternatives to restrictive ridiculous copyright law are getting picked up into the mainstream. On that note, also check out the awesome upcoming OurMedia site.
