Just wanted to pass along an item a friend forwarded me, Raymond Aguilera’s Prophecy.org. I’ll have to do more research on the guy and his “ministry” but here’s what my friend said about it so far:

It’s this dude who has been having these visions from God for the pas ten years - I don’t agree with most of his theology, but there are some fucking hilarious pictures of what he has seen, and you can listen to him speak in tongues in real audio format. The only problem is you’re going to have to wade through a lot of shit.

I once did a report on the guy (which I’ve lost) but I remember that in the beginning prophecies there are some hilarious stories . For instance - in between stories of having demons choke him in his sleep and annointing mormon temples with oil while no one is looking, god tells him that he needs to pull over his car and get a chicken sandwhich from Jack in the Box. Similarly, there is an official vision of an ice cream cone descending from the sky. I wonder if someone is a regular at Dairy Queen, no? But besides this, he seems to have a lot of people who believe in him and a lot of the other stuff is pretty straight up run-of-the-mill prophecy.

Anyway, I browsed around through his 13+ years of prophecies and put together a little collage of some of the drawings of his visions.

By the way, in the one labelled “Paris”, that’s supposed to be a mushroom cloud, and not a gigantic tree. Seeing these four together actually kind of makes me wish this guy would put out some kind of prophecy-based comic book. How cool would that be?

Anyway, why do prophets always seem to see so many visions of total destruction, such as the Paris bomb/tree above? Maybe we just don’t ever hear about the prophets who predict all kinds of good and fun stuff. Cause nobody cares. Who knows. The other thing I’m always weirded out about this type of thing is that this guy claims that “the Lord” is showing him all these visions. What purpose would “the Lord” have in showing you that? These people need to consider that when you’re operating in the realm of dreams and visions, perhaps “the Lord” actually refers to your Higher Self, in a Jungian sense. And these images you’re being delivered are not a public prediction, but a means whereby your subconscious is feeding you very personal private symbols to help you grow and transform your own life. Either that, or God just wants to you see in vivid detail the total destruction of His Creation - but that just never made sense to me.
