Amazing comment from Crasspastor over on a post at Fantastic Planet. In part, it reads:

All creative cylinders are churning right now in at least western counterculture, in what I believe is now at the forefront of a global resistance/spiritualism as it begins to combine with “foreign” modes of thought and community westerners have never been exposed to. It’s always very hard to say, but perhaps that is the key.

We must not for one moment believe there is a “pinnacle” we are striving to reach. We are simply the antidote to the mind control of empire. We are taking simple human compassion and doing what we can to apply it to all the partitions of the modern mind.
