i have to tell you my friend, the jesuits are real. they are the enemy. you must read the bible—and i mean study it—if you want to learn what they are up to (hint: they have long been organizing a worldwide movement to recognize the pope as spiritual/physical ruler of the world. I’m not kidding). all of this is prophecy. ratzinger will soon make a peace treaty with israel, and then hopefully some people will realize that he is the final pope/antichrist. as soon as he break’s that treaty 3.5 yrs later and enters the rebuilt Jewish temple as the “son of god”, the tribulation will begin. this roman agenda is the only true conspiracy going on in the world today. read through history and see if you can’t see how the roman empire never died. it simply morphed into a religious empire. the jesuits are rome’s virtual army. contact me if you want to know more.

Many protestants hate catholics, and some really hate the Jesuits because they were the tsumani Rome launched against the Reform.

- Some facts: the Rothschilds gave the Society of Jesus their Chantilly Castle to thank the help the jesuits gave to jews at the end of the 19th anf beginnin of thr 20th centuries, when a wave of anti semitism stroke France. The jesuits later sold the castle…

- I did study at a Jesuit University in Mexico City - the Iberoamericana - and I can tell you that Jews are respected, and there are many there. Each year the university organizes the Judaic Journeys for instance.

- This last October the Dalai Lama went to the Iberoamericana to receive an Honorary PhD. And I know many jesuits that study zen meditation. Bouddism hate? I dont think so….

-Opus Dei owned by the Jesuits??? Please, if they were so powerful the did not need the Opus Dei, that is really a catholic cult. They are opposed in many many things. Opus Dei seeks answers and obediance at all costs, Jesuits seeks questions and obediance yes, but mediated by reason….

- We can go on and on, but yes I understand the fascination Jesuits provoque, Think about this: they study more than 10 years before being ordained. They study latin, hebrew, greek… and now english. And they work and study at the same time! And they practices self knowledge by the Spiritual Exercises! ThatÂ´s why the order is losing men, because it is so hard to be a Jesuit on these times. I think weÂ´ll a much smaller Society of Jesus soon, but not less fascinating.

the jesuits were pretty liberal theologians, too. i agree with alfredo that ignatius’s ’spiritual exercises’ are utterly essential reading. i recommend antonio de nicolas’ translation (he’s my old mentor from a few years back)– here’s an excellent article he wrote on the subject:

I forgot: Hitler signed the concordat with the Vatican, that permited to the Reich disolve the catholic worker unions and the christian party without a critique from Rome, but it said too that the Reich will respect catholic worship. Hitler did the first, but did not respect the second part. The Pope was very naive with Hitler, even his ambassador was with him. But some protested, the ones from Himmler admired their herarchical order and obediance to the Pope and did copy their structure to design the Reich elite corp, the SS. They were the Jesuits, they could see HitlerÂ´s lie, and did talk. Many ended at concentration camps, many were just killed.

Btw, Hitler hunted freemasons too. He was afraid of every competition possible for his project. Later, Nazis infiltrated the American freemasonry, but thatÂ´s another story.

Saint Ignatious planned more than a decade of studies for them, and as result you got not just a congregation of priests, but of very intelligent ones. That provoqued envy from Rome many times, and thatÂ´s why the Society of Jesus was suppresed so many times and expelled from so many countries. They dared always to ask difficult questions. ThatÂ´s why John Paul II attacked them many times using Ratzinger, and why he supported so much more “obedient” groups like Opus Dei and the Legion of Christ. By our today standards, the vast majority of Jesuits are liberal regarding religion, and that is costing them very much. And the Society is losing influence too because many of its members are now too old. The Province of Britain has just one novice for instance, and the US has now the half if had in the 60s. More:

Several former CIA directors were Jesuits, Colby and Casey leap to mind. I believe most anti-Jesuit conspiracy theory, both true and imaginal, tends to emanate from evangelical protestants and hard-right Catholics. As far as I can tell, the main sources of a lot of this stuff are William H. Kennedy - http://www.williamhkennedy.com/ and Eric Jon Phelps - http://www.vaticanassassins.org/. And the books of Malachi Martin. I’m not qualified to evaluate these guys factually, but I do get the impression that, to varying degrees, they each tend to paint with a bit too broad a brush.

As far as the Croatian Ustashsa and Medjugorje, most of what I’ve read implicates not Jesuits, but renegade Franciscans (and sometimes German quack doctors/con men posing as Franciscans). Whatever bad shit the Jesuits as an order may be involved in, I don’t think they’re major players at Medjugorje. But who knows.

If you want to know about jesuits (and not any factual, historical stuff, but the crypto-occultic conspiracy type stuff) you can’t do much better than to read Pynchon’s MASON AND DIXON. I seem to recall them being a vast shadowy network of nefarious operators. plus there’s the mechanical duck that flies faster than the speed of light and the talking dog.
Pynchon’s pretty significant if you want to get a handle on american-type conspiracies. and how oldworld types like the jesuits might play into that.

Here’s something from pg. 601 of M&D:
“‘They came from the Sky, they prepar’d to emplace these Webs of right lines upon the Earth, then without explanation they went away again. Their work is being continued by the Jesuits, inscribers of Meridians, whether in blind obedience to some ancient coercion, long expir’d, or in witting Complicity with it, who can say?’ Captain Zhang can of course imagine Jesuits guilty of anything, including conspiring with Extra-terriestrial Visitors, to mark the living Planet with certain Signs, for motives of their own, motives they do not discuss, especially not with their Jesuit hirelings.”

So yeah. There you go. Jesuits being responsible for longitude and latitude, or at least unwitting servants to something else responsible. Wild!
