i see outdoors types with thule racks on the roof of thier volvos and i wonder if they understand the hitler link.
i saw a video on the mysteries of the mind site linked from infowars on the george herbert walker bush/herbert walker/nazi link.kinda scary.the point was that bush jnrs.grandfather-in-law herbert walker was working directly with the nazis.not surprising, but i think the kennedy/bromfman/seagram connection needs to be followed if a bipartisan approach is to be taken.otherwise democrats will think thier guys are lilywhites.

The original was much better at explaining the mechanics of a sleeper...

As for clues in movies, they are all over the place, but again Kubrick was the best at it and in my opinion suffered for it in his ultimate end.

As for these types of movies, I have a Black Op trilogy that I lend to my friends to get them into this stuff...

Manchurian Candidate / MK
Suspect Zero / Remote Viewing
Occult History of the Third Reich / no discription needed here

They usually give them back to me with disbelief and the look that Santa Claus doesn`t exist. Putting these three movies together in this context blows their minds. I`m sure that their are more that could be added like the Phildelphia Experiment but those above pack a punch.

at the end of the film [the new one] there is a jessica lynch lookalike on the stage at the convention, waving and grinning like an idiot.

there are probably many subtle nods to real events, as there are in many films of political or spiritual consequence [wag the dog, hannibal, eyes wide shut]. these are asides to the audience, saying "this is not just a movie".

the filmmakers [if rebels] could be saying "this is why they killed colby" in order to warn us.

or, the filmmakers [if elite] could be saying "this is why we killed colby" in order to "tip their hand as a mechanism of control".

or maybe the scriptwriters were just lazy and used real events because they lacked the imagination to invent a new reality in its entirety.

it was a good movie, i thought. would've blown my mind had i seen it 10yrs ago.

apparently colby was known and disliked for releasing information embarassing to the secret government. he was a complex figure and not entirely noble. he was in charge of the brutal and deadly operation phoenix assasination program in vietnam. no doubt he also had a fairly good idea how the southeast asian opium trade worked. he was immortalized by one of america's finest poets, alan ginsberg, in his song-poem CIA Dope Calypso:

Operation Haylift Offisir Wm Colby
Saw Marshall Ky fly opium Mr. Mustard told me
Indochina desk he was Chief of Dirty Tricks
"Hitch-hiking" with dope pushers was how he got his fix

Subsidizing the traffickers to drive the Reds away
Till Colby was the head of the CIA

I agree. Watching Sinatra swing these wild karate chops and then blow through solid oak tables really recaptured for me the childish faith in the power of martial arts I had before I ever did them, when "Kato" seemed like a superman and so did David Carradine too.

I realize today of course that anyone good enough to smash through a door with a knife-edge hand probably isn't going to swing wildly and miss though!

You've got to see the original. The new one just blew in comparison, and even with the added violence, it was not nearly as tragic or frightening.
