tim i agree that the cassiopean messages are non-sense. they have the flavour of a bad sci-fi movie from the fifties or some of the claims of people who were riding spaceships to venus and building landing sites in the desert. logically, none of us have been to mars so cannot catigorically state that there are no bigfoot there, but we haven`t really proven they exist here either. to me it`s irritating that these sites apppear on the web and suck up reading time, but open-source means exactly that. i get equally tired of hearing people talking about atlantian civilisation right down to what they wore on sunday. i does nothing to explain anything, merely to satisfy the fantasty-prone personality.

I kinda like the idea of bigfoot on mars, I mean, I've never been to mars, nor have I seen a big-foot... who knows?

What's more interesting is the symbolic implications of that kind of association. You've got sci fi, conspiracy, and cryptozoology wrapped in a seemingly ham-handed synthesis-- it definitely seems like something you'd get from the child's mind (the id) or have a dream about.

I happen to think the idea that Bigfoot lived or lives on Mars is rather silly. I don't think that makes me nearly as crazy or as close-minded as some of the above comments seem to suggest...

the casseopean content makes one think alright.
jacob, you are right, in my view. the package of information comes from within, the clue to the validity is whether the information is congruent with that.
the concept of casseopeans, much like that of demons or ghosts, is from the desire of some agency to want us to believe that messages /information can be derived from outside sources.
the people reporting casseopeans may actually believe the messages are coming from space brothers. i personally doubt it, but there you are.
the key to any understanding and coping with these experiences is congruence. emotionally, spiritually, or otherwise. without a personal grounding one can fly off to venus very quickly.

I'd like to know how one would differentiate from "actual channellings" and the shit that's coming out of id/subconscious. Since you generally have to get in a pretty lucid state to channel, it'd be easy to think you were "channeling" the stuff from without, when it's really all coming from within.

At any rate, my personal policy of dealing with stuff like this is to take it all at face-value initially, and start studying it from there; there's not much to be gained from out-right dismissal.

no,no....don`t apologise. a little humour is welcomed by this iteration of consciousness. my mind boggles at the sheer lack of respect that someone has for people when they start to speak about channeling cassiopeans or whatever. to me, this is another cult forming.
i have worked with channelers before and the ones i have had the opportunity to see have drawn on a process of what i can only describe as accessing the collective unconscious. i haven`t ever heard messages from aliens from them, nor have i had messages from aliens in my head either. i frankly haven`t gone looking either. billy meier has collected a body of messages from an entity called semjase.as much as some of the photos and the content of the predictions in the messages seem valid i resist the urge to go down that rabbit hole. i went to the extent of getting a dvd of meier`s work and i came away with the sense that it`s another cult emerging. mind you, there are other works that contain messages from extraterrestrials that we`ve been debating for thousands of years.........
