It's mostly a badly acted movie about a murder using the Countess's story as a backdrop. There's some lesbian sex, so I guess that gets fans. Really, it's disappointing if you want to find out new stuff about the story, and it's even more disappointing if you are knowledgeable about it. It was filmed in french and the dubbing sucks. If you must see it, try to look for a subtitled version. The movie has very few interesting plotlines, but the visuals are nice. She basically thought that by bathing in these young chicas blood that she'd stay looking young and beautiful. She probably didn't do anything like what I saw in that movie trailer, except for bathing in blood. I don't think she seduced women, and probably had droogs to do the uh... dirty work.
