Hurricane Yakuza

Via Fantastic Planet, here’s a weird theory about the Yakuza, the Japanese mafia, allegedly causing the hurricane.

POCATELLO, Idaho (Wireless Flash) – Here’s a theory that’s sure to cause a storm of controversy: A meteorologist in Pocatello, Idaho, claims Japanese gangsters known as the Yakuza caused Hurricane Katrina.

Scott Stevens says after looking at NASA satellite photos of the hurricane, he’s is convinced it was caused by electromagnetic generators from ground-based microwave transmitters. […]

At least ten nations and organizations possess the technology but Stevens suspects the Japanese Yakuza created Katrina in order to make a fortune in the futures market and to get even with the U.S. for the 1945 bombing of Hiroshima.

OOOOHH! Now it all makes sense…

I’d like to post a topic Tim. With the verbal assault that FEMA is taking from high ranking public figures and congress, do you see an opportunity for the Death Star to branch out another Homeland Security sector - this one even more suited to deal with handling the public in emergencies? My contention is that this would be an ideal time for them to start rewriting policy concerning not only natural disasters but any use of force by our Army (not national guard) on our home soil.

Also, just wanted to know your thoughts on the forced evacuations. I’ll post what you write on my blog - but I’m interested to hear what you might think.

All is well in Baltimore. Hope to talk to you soon.

    Your friend,
    Bret

Absolutely, Bret. In fact, I posted a bit about this from the Washington Post last week or so. It turns out that in early August, they developed formal plans featuring 15 different possible crisis scenarios in which troops will be rolled out on American soils in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. Of course, it doesn’t matter if they circumvent the law, because they are the law.

As far as I remember, FEMA was the agency which the X-Files movie was alleging would take over the country in the event of catastrophe, since they are charged with continuation of governance and whatnot. I guess they are probably linked to the actual real “shadow government” which will be activated undergound in such a circumstance - the government which has military counter-parts for all the civilian elected positions that exist now.

Fun stuff. Whether or not the bad guys really caused the hurricane, like conspiracy theorists are alleging, the fact is they will definitely turn it to their advantage. And highlighting the ineffectiveness of FEMA is only paving the way for it to dismantled and rolled into some other stronger more tightly integrated agency.

As to the forced evacuations, well I honestly haven’t been following the whole thing too closely. But all that FEMA restructuring stuff sounds like a slamdunk to me.

FEMA’s been a conspiracy theorist’s whipping-boy for a looooong time now. google “FEMA Rex 84” for some real scary shit.

bureacrats love this kind of shit. more policy porn thrown at the problem. it makes an mba`s hearts sing.(if a brick can actually do that.) i`d be more worried about the red cross than fema. what the hell is the red cross? they have branded themselves as an arm of government. it is good that an aid organisation is involved, because people need aid, but it is a huge, media driven entity that seems to be replicating a lot of what i thought fema and other government agencies were supposed to deliver. the scope of the logistics is breathtaking. today they are handing out bank cards with $2000 credit on them. some reports were saying that these were bank cards, but on cnn the clip clearly showed a visa card with the hologram stamp on it. i don`t believe debit cards have the hologram. mine doesn`t. intersting.

  5. Tim Boucher Says:

my debit card has the visa hologram stuff. its a check card, technically, used the same as either debit or a credit card, except the money is drawn on existing funds

On weather control, check out this:

Senate Bill 517 and the google results. That’s right, the gov’t has legalized weather control. Makes you wonder when they’re getting to marijuana. The HAARP, Orbital Lasers and Masers, and the Chinese have also been blamed. Apparently, though, HAARP is too weak to do anything on such a scale, but lots of Tesla projects–you know, like tapping the earth’s magnetic field for “Zero Point” energy–were revived under HAARP.

About FEMA getting smeared–I wouldn’t be surprised if the PR engines kick into gear to create a “Hurricane Tzar”–CNN was already talking about one on their website.

And the Red Cross–I’m surprised they can function much better; I saw a figure years ago showing their administrative–i.e., bureaucratic–costs as being their highest expense.

  7. alistair Says:

well yes. bureacratic costs are the highest because it`s the reason why the entity exists in the first place. aristotle made that clear in his organic description of hierarchies. government is the same. the corporation acts as an individual. fema just cut it`s own head off as a way to save the body.
