Mexico’s Little Old Lady Killer
Very interesting serial killer news out of Mexico City: the killer is called “Mataviejitas” or “Little Old Lady Killer” and is suspected of dressing up in women’s clothes and killing little old ladies in their homes. Police believe four women were killed by this same person this year, and possibly up to 37 since 2003. They believe that the person dresses up as a doctor or nurse and talks their way into the women’s homes, killing them with household objects, and taking “totemic items” from the victims’ homes, according to a Mexican criminologist - religious statues, rings, etc.
Here’s the straight up craziest part of the story though:
Bizarrely, three of the four victims had prints of the painting “Boy in Red Waistcoat” by 18th century French artist Jean-Baptiste Greuze hanging on their walls, but prosecutors say that might just be a coincidence.
Might be a coincidence? What are the chances of that? I’m not sure how popular this particular print is in Mexico though - maybe it’s no big deal. Still sounds really weird to my ears. Here’s a reproduction of this painting, if you’re curious.

I know this may be an unusual request but I would greatly appreciate your help.
I am a student in High School and I’m writing a thesis paper on why the government should not participate in censorship when it comes to the occult. Is it possible for me to conduct an email interview with you so I can use you as a source in my thesis? I would greatly appreciate it.
Thank You, Unique
P.S. If you do not wish to correspond with me in your blog my email adresses is faithfulbadass@yahoo.com.
