Wow, when stuff this symbolically-loaded happens it really seems like a great big wake-up call. It’s like getting struck by lightning in church after lying to the priest or something:
(Washington-AP) November 28, 2005 - Part of the marble facade on the front of the Supreme Court collapsed Monday morning, falling onto the steps leading into the venerable building.
Eyewitnesses say no one was injured when the large chunk of marble fell onto the steps where tourists normally enter the building. Some court visitors were waiting outside and saw the marble crash to the ground.
The large piece of marble fell from the building’s facade above the words, “Equal Justice Under Law” just before 10:00am.
The justices are meeting to issue orders and hear arguments.
Thanks to Sorcha Faal for sending me that link.

kinda like the church facade that collapses when the tripod first emerges in the new war of the worlds movie with (shudder), tom cruise.
I swear I didn’t even read this post before I posted the same story.
Dude that’s weird. Plus I just read on the yahoo news thing about the Virgin Mary crying blood at some church in sacramento. I don’t really believe or pay much credence to those claims of the Virgin mary crying blood, even there are tons of eye witnesses. For some reason I’m always thinking roman catholic scam or propoganda or something. Sorry, ya’ll can stone me to death later if you want, but it seems too far fetched and out there, and I’m a christian. But anyway this… This sounds like straight up Clash of the Titans, the collapsing temple of Hera, you know when that huge stone head broke off and fell to the ground. lol I think it was Hera, I’m not sure. But I guess it’s weird because I actually believe more in that kind of stuff than things like the virgin mary crying blood. Or etheral sightings of Jesus on grain cylos in the midwest. The breaking of stone monuments, structures, etc, sounds more like real wrath of God, anger type of stuff, in my humble opinion.
Thanks
also, this is the type of stuff that the media really does not want to discuss. I seriously believe that the real media is scared to death of God, and I would be too if I were them.
I’d say that omen is about 200 years too late. I mean, if slavery and segregation didn’t cause the building to crumble, what happened recently that did? The eminent domain ruling?
Perhaps it is merely a sign of things to come, rather a sign of what has already transpired. Or perhaps it’s just an old building that had some structural faults
