You can use that to your advantage. Use the pro-life schtick to sucker them into reading it. “Secret Grey Robed Christians Pro-Life Movement” or some such novel, would probably work to get them involved.

I think you’d have to do it Dan-Brown style. There’s a whole mysterious section of the Exegesis that no one’s ever seen. There’s a bit of it that we can make reference to. If we had a literature professor, who travels to california to see if he can make sense of PKD’s reference to “Grey Robed Christians…”

the xians latched onto dan brown because he’s uber-popular. i think pkd’s probably a little too obscure for them as he currently stands. then there’s the issue of his estate, which has kind of a death-grip on his stuff, his name, his title, etc. plus, we’d also have to be careful of what we wished for, ’cause there’s some dirt out there on PKD– for instance, was virulently pro-life. he even wrote a story about a future dystopia in which parents were ‘aborting’ their children up to the age of thirteen. the xians would probably *like* that about him . . . .

You certainly did. I remember it. I guess my thing with Philip K. Dick would be on a different scale, and would mainly revolve around the notion that Dick is such a mindfuck that if you tangle with him in any way, you get “laid” so to speak.
