Kyle WAS NOT a pothead, but those of us that knew Kyle personally believe that the toxicology report will show he did either Ecstasy or most likely had PCP in his system. If you smoke pot once in a while, you are NOT a pothead, if you smoke it continuously like you would cigarettes (and believe me, I know plenty who fit in that category), then Yes!!! you are a pothead. something was in Kyles system, or he’d been brainwashed, or hypnotized, in order to do such a thing. The Kyle Huff we knew, he was a calm, peaceful, loving man. He carried guns around, yes, after all, he was born & raised in Montana. People there are like the Texans, it’s part of you, your life, to have a gun rack in your truck, loaded. He carried his machete as protection. After all, he was a big strapping man who bullies & rednecks wanted to stomp, just because of his size and that beautiful smile he always had on his face. He did not get fired from his jobs, he quit them. He quit his last one to go back to help his mom when his dad was dying. Tox reports take up to 2 weeks to complete. I seriously doubt his body is still here in Seattle, “on ice”. It is most likely, already buried in MT. The whereabouts of Kane are secret. Would you want your family drug through more, lookie-loos and bad-asses coming to your son’s funeral to cause more grief than Mary Huff is already going through. Her son did something totally horrible, terribly out of character for who Kyle Aaron Huff was…. Kane feels more secure without anyone knowing where he is at this time. But the police sure do still have the keys to Kane & Kyle’s apartment and show up there periodically. Kane was cleared of all wrong-doing, and at liberty to leave. I sincerely hope he showed for Kyle’s very secret funeral, and mourn him as we, his closest friends and loved ones mourn him…. I am sorry for the victims he killed and hurt, but Kyle was obviously a victim also, of what?? We don’t know yet….. THc?? Come on WHATACHARACTER… Have you ever smoked pot?? If so, did you ever go into a murderous rage?? Do some investigating on PCP, Ecstasy, hypnosis, brainwashing….. Do some homework, instead of just putting a label on him, and jumping to stupid conclusions…..

oh wow i didnt know a tox report took so long. interesting. also very strange about the funeral. i wonder what they do in cases like this?

has anybody heard of that documentary - i forget what its called - where they go through the process of what happens to dead bodies that nobody claims and that the state owns? sounds really interesting…

yeh I’m sure the pressure to disclose would prompt the family, and we’ll the results.

Maybe I wasn’t clear enough above, but a tox study takes around 2 weeks, so it’s nearly time. Don’t know if an autopsy itself would mean anything, but it’s probable the body is still on ice at the Medical examiners, pending possible further study.

No Google results for any Huff funeral either, or his twin brother’s wherabouts.

I’m down for covering up the zombie sleeper assassain theory - I can’t think of any reason why they wouldn’t have gotten permission to release that information…

…Family dignity maybe, but generally they are keener to help the victims than to preserve the reputation of the killer, in situations like this.

No doubt the tox results should be out any day now, and no doubt the special investigation panel will obtain and release the info to satisfy all our inquiring minds.

No doubt his body will be reported to be unbelievably saturated with THC, as befitting any muderous pothead assassin (link)!

I just called my sister (who was a former funeral director). Apparently autopsy/toxicology reports are legal documents that can only be released by the next of kin.

However, death certificates are public documents that anyone can order; in fact, you can even order Kurt Cobain’s if you so desired.

She imagined that in the case of Kyle Huff, it will just say “self-inflicted gunshot wound” as cause of death, though. If you want one, it will take six weeks to be able to acquire and they cost 17 dollars.

Ah, siblings…

That’s the most details I’ve seen about the second shooting. Somebody else mentioned it but had the info all mixed up. I will have to collect links about that story as well and see what we can find.

This whole thing keeps getting weirder. Has anyone found anymore information on the other similarly-named 26-year-old Aaron Dunn that gunned down those people in Elk Grove, CA the saturday before (24th). That was really overshadowed by the Seattle murders. More space for the higher body count, eh? Last I knew he was in critical from having been shot by a cop (again, the bystander that takes out the MC-shooter in defense) but I haven’t yet heard if he survived. Did they activate all Aarons on the west coast on that day or what? Be interesting to know if his dad was military too, the articles I mentioned only that he had some drug problems but other wise was a quiet family man. It’s just damn strange.
