By way of Lo-Fi Tribe, I just discovered that my site has been invited to join the 9rules network, in the religion category. To be totally honest, I’m not 100% sure what this means, but it seems to be making some pretty cool connections for me already.

A little from the 9rules about page:

When you join 9rules, it doesn’t just mean that you’re a link on a list somewhere. We do a number of things for our members — primarily we help build traffic and increase your exposure by featuring your content on 9rules.com and our Communities & Featured sections, so thousands of new readers can be introduced to your site. If you love writing for the web, then we can help you reach out to more people and make your blog the best it can be.

Seems pretty cool and is also pretty similar to what I plan on doing with my next round of expansion with my own web projects. Anyway, it looks like they’re saying that over 700 sites were submitted in their recent call for submissions and about 111 accepted. They only accept submissions during 24 hour windows which are announced on their blog, and which I fortunately happened to catch a couple weeks back.

Here is their existing religion section, and here are the list of people who have been invited to join up:

That list above is quite diverse and there’s a lot of depth in those blogs. I definitely recommend checking them out and this opportunity for cross-pollination is going to be really awesome!
